Questions parents ask before buying
The pegboard is suitable for children from age 2 onwards and is designed to adapt as children grow. Accessories can be swapped to match each developmental stage — from toddler display walls to teen study setups.
All accessories are sold separately and can be added at any time. Many parents start with the board and one or two accessories, then build out the setup as their child's needs evolve. All accessories are compatible with both the Horizontal and Vertical boards.
The Horizontal Pegboard includes: 1× Pegboard, 1× Mounting Bar, 8× Screws, 8× Plastic wall plugs (Gutta). The Vertical Pegboard includes: 1× Pegboard, 1× Mounting Bar, 6× Screws, 6× Plastic wall plugs. Accessories are sold separately.
The Horizontal board (120 × 80 cm) is wider than it is tall — ideal for a feature wall behind a desk or play area. The Vertical board (84 × 120 cm) is taller than it is wide — ideal for narrow walls, corners and tall display setups. Both boards are compatible with all Lila Grow accessories.
The Lila Grow Pegboard has been tested to support up to 60 kg total distributed load. Individual accessory weight limits vary — refer to the product sheets for specific limits per accessory.
Yes. The board is made from 100% Baltic birch plywood with a food-and-child-safe matte PU water-based coating. It carries EN71 (European toy safety), REACH and GREENGUARD certifications. All edges are rounded. The board is wall-mounted above ground level so there are no stability or tipping concerns.
Typical delivery is 2–6 weeks depending on your location. Shipping is ₹1,000 for pegboards; GST is applied at checkout. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 14 days at info@lilaworld.in with photos — we'll arrange an exchange and cover return shipping. Customised orders cannot be returned.
The board comes in its natural birch finish with the matte PU coating. We do not recommend painting over the coating as it may affect the certification. If you have a custom finish requirement, please reach out to our team at support@lilaworld.in.
