However, we do encounter issues in transporting and moving furniture pieces and If for any reason your furniture is damaged when you receive it, please do let us know immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately upon receipt by emailing us at info@lilaworld.in or by calling us at +91 9886330173. We will initiate the exchange process promptly, provided that notification is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Procedure: Upon receiving your notification, our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process. Please ensure that the damaged product is returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it.
Conditions for Exchange: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is deemed to have been intentionally damaged or misused.
