1. Shipping Coverage

Lila currently ships products within the territory of India only.

Delivery to certain pin codes may not be available due to logistical constraints. In the event a delivery location is not serviceable, the Customer will be informed at the time of checkout or may contact info@lilaworld.in for assistance.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1 Shipping charges are applicable to all orders and are calculated on a per-product basis, depending on factors including but not limited to product dimensions, weight, handling requirements, and delivery location.

2.2 Applicable shipping charges are disclosed on the product detail page and reiterated at checkout prior to order confirmation.

2.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated under applicable law.

2.4 All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be levied at checkout in accordance with prevailing statutory requirements.

Shipping charges applicable to individual products are listed in the table provided above and form part of this Policy. Lila reserves the right to revise shipping charges from time to time without prior notice, subject to such charges being disclosed prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines

4.1 All delivery timelines provided are estimated timelines only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery dates.

4.2 Typical delivery timelines are 2–6 weeks, depending on the nature of the product and delivery location.

4.3 Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Lila’s reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics constraints, weather conditions, natural disasters, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon successful placement of an order and confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation communication.

Shipment tracking details will be shared post-dispatch, where such tracking is available through the assigned logistics partner.

6. Delivery and Risk Transfer

6.1 Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order placement.

6.2 Delivery is ordinarily limited to the ground floor or reception area, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

6.3 The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product at the designated delivery address.

7. Inspection and Reporting of Issues

7.1 Customers are required to inspect the product and its packaging at the time of delivery.

7.2 Any damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported to Lila within 24 hours of delivery by writing to info@lilaworld.in.

7.3 The Customer must provide:

Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the external packaging
A copy of the purchase invoice

7.4 Failure to report an issue within the stipulated timeframe may render the claim ineligible for review, replacement, or refund.

8. Cancellation of Orders

8.1 Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled by the Customer, except as expressly provided under applicable law.

8.2 Lila reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, without liability, if the product is out of stock, discontinued, unavailable for production within a reasonable timeframe, or due to any unforeseen or operational circumstances. In such cases, any amount paid by the Customer shall be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

Lila shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, transportation failures, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.

10. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds shall be governed exclusively by Lila’s Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Website.
