The Morph Bed Platform is designed to grow with your child through multiple stages of childhood. In its floor-bed configuration, it is suitable for babies and young children, keeping them close to the ground as they begin to roll, crawl, and move independently. From around 3 years onwards, the bed can be raised to platform height using the included leg sets, making it suitable through the early school years and beyond.
How does the floor bed convert to a platform bed? Do I need to buy anything separately?
No. Everything required for both configurations is included with the bed. The platform leg sets are supplied as standard and can be installed when you're ready to raise the bed. No additional parts need to be purchased. Assembly typically takes 30–45 minutes and can be completed using basic tools. A detailed assembly guide is provided with the product.
What is the difference between the Morph Bed Platform and Morph Bed Loft?
The Morph Bed Platform raises the sleeping surface to a comfortable mid-height, making it ideal for everyday use while maintaining easy access for children. The Morph Bed Loft elevates the bed higher and creates usable space underneath, which can be used for a desk, reading corner, storage, or play area. The Platform is ideal for families looking for a low, accessible sleeping surface, while the Loft is better suited to children who would benefit from the additional space below.
What mattress size fits the Morph Bed Platform?
The Morph Bed Platform is designed to fit a standard 78 x 36 inch (198 x 91 cm) mattress. This size is widely available from most mattress brands in India, making it easy to source a compatible mattress.
Will a standard Indian single mattress fit the Morph Bed Platform?
Most standard single mattresses sold in India measure 72 x 36 inches, which is slightly shorter than the recommended mattress size for the Morph Bed Platform. While a 72 x 36 inch mattress can be used, it will leave a small gap at one end of the bed. For the best fit and appearance, we recommend using a 78 x 36 inch mattress.
Does the Morph Bed Platform come with a mattress?
No. The bed is designed to accommodate a standard 78 x 36 inch mattress, allowing you to choose a mattress that best suits your child's comfort preferences and support needs.

We got the Morph beds for our 4.5 and 1.5 year olds and they loved it so much that they started sleeping independently from the first day! Apart from the beautiful and simple design, the height, rounded edges and side rails work perfectly for young kids. The bed is very sturdy, and a plus is that it’s wide enough to fit an adult and a child comfortably. So we’re able to lie in together to read a book or put them to sleep. Highly recommend this bed!
