We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects and will send replacement chairs for valid claims made within one year from the date of purchase.
Materials and Care
The Levitate 2.0 is made from high-quality rubber wood, Beech wood and bent ply. As with all solid wood products, natural variations in color, grain, and texture are to be expected. These variations are part of the wood’s character and do not compromise the integrity or safety of the chair. Wood may expand or contract with changes in humidity and temperature.
The chair has a water-resistant top coat, but extended exposure to water can lead to absorption. If the chair gets wet, wipe it dry promptly.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause fading or damage to the wood. The Levitate Chair is intended for indoor use only.
To clean light marker or pencil marks, use water and mild dish soap. Avoid soaking the furniture. Gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or paper towel until it is clean.
